A young South African rugby talent has died in France at the age of 20, leaving family and teammates in shock just days after his return from abroad.

Dr Ntuthuko Mahlaba, former treasurer of the ANC in KwaZulu-Natal and ex-MEC for Human Settlements, has died in a tragic accident, confirmed by the provincial party.
